Fossa Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer located in Mandai. It was borne out of a passion for chocolate and making things from scratch. As such, they source fine cacao from around the world, then sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of cacao. Finally, they package each chocolate bar by hand. This is why each chocolate is a labour of love. Even better, the tedious process allows the unique flavours and nuances to shine with each batch of cacao.
As for their chocolate gift products, you can customise your order in case you intend to give them as wedding favours, corporate gifts, product launch giveaways or just for fun! They even have a subscription box service for a monthly delivery of your favourite chocolates.
Note: Still making and delivering chocolates, although you may want to check what they have available before ordering, as they sometimes run out of snack boxes.

Demochoco is a small-batch chocolatier sourcing the best seasonal produce worldwide to incorporate into their truffles. As a result, Demochoco’s chocolates excite the palate with bold flavours as well as classic, comforting ones. In particular, their chocolate truffles are all made in the nama-choco style popular in Japan with their high cream to chocolate ratio, thus the “melts in your mouth” quality.
All their truffles are packed in resealable vinyl bags to help retain moisture and to keep out the excess moisture that the Singaporean climate brings. They are also placed in boxes to keep light out. Finally, they are shipped frozen to retain freshness and flavour. The best way to enjoy these truffles is to transfer them from freezer to chiller, then consume at 8°C.
